What Narayu stores on your device
Guest features such as My Trip, saved choices and recent planning use your browser’s local storage. This lets Narayu remember trip details on that device without requiring an account. You can remove this information by clearing it in Narayu where available or by clearing site data in your browser.
Information you choose to send
If you use the Contact form, Narayu receives the name, email address, topic and message you submit so we can respond. Please do not send passwords or payment-card information.
Travel partner tools
Narayu uses third-party travel tools and affiliate links for services such as flights, stays, transport, rental cars, activities and transfers. When you open or use one of these tools, the relevant partner may receive search details such as a destination, route or date, together with normal technical information sent by your browser. Partner websites and embedded tools have their own privacy policies and terms.
Narayu currently does not take payment for travel bookings. Final booking, payment, ticketing, changes and refunds are handled by the travel provider you choose.
Cookies and affiliate tracking
Travel partners and affiliate platforms may use cookies or similar technologies to operate their tools, remember settings and attribute a booking or purchase to Narayu. See the Affiliate Disclosure for more about partner links.
Approximate location and personalization
Narayu may use browser language, time zone, a route you entered, or a previously saved origin to make destination suggestions more relevant. Narayu does not request precise GPS location for this homepage personalization.
Hosting and technical records
Like most websites, Narayu’s hosting and security systems may process technical logs such as IP address, browser information, requested pages and timestamps for delivery, reliability and security.

You can use Narayu without creating an account, clear locally saved trip information, choose whether to continue to a travel partner, and contact us if you have a question about information you submitted directly to Narayu.
