Narayu provides travel planning, comparison, editorial content, and links to third-party services. Information is general and may not reflect the exact conditions on a traveler’s date.
2. Third-party bookings
The selected provider or operator controls schedules, inventory, prices, taxes, fees, payment, ticket delivery, service operation, changes, cancellations, and refunds. Its terms apply to the transaction.
3. Traveler responsibility
Travelers are responsible for reviewing route, date, passenger details, terminal or pier, check-in time, luggage rules, entry requirements, insurance needs, and final price before payment.
4. No guarantee
Narayu does not guarantee availability, price, timetable accuracy, border processing time, weather, operator performance, safety outcome, or suitability for a particular traveler.
5. Saved-trip data
Browser-saved data may be lost when cache or storage is cleared. Travelers should keep official confirmations and export important planning information.
6. Acceptable use
Do not misuse forms, attempt unauthorized access, scrape protected data, interfere with site operation, or submit unlawful, deceptive, or harmful content.
7. Intellectual property
Original Narayu text, design, code, and branding are protected. Third-party names and trademarks belong to their respective owners and are used only for identification or approved partnership activity.
8. Limitation
To the extent permitted by law, Narayu is not responsible for losses caused by reliance on changing travel information or by a third-party provider, operator, border authority, weather event, or traveler decision.
9. Changes
These terms may be updated as the platform and integrations change. Continued use after publication of an update means the current terms apply.
